Columbus Schüler globe, Rollglobus, 1950

Diameter 10 cm total height 19 cm. A miniature paper terrestial globe made up of twelve chromolithographed paper gores and two polar calottes, the equator and prime meridian graduated in degrees, the nations states delicately. Israel present, Korea undivided.

The globe rests on a ebonised turned wooden base. The meridian is chromed.

The globe is in good shape but has some small discolorations and scratches (see right picture).
