Diameter: 40 cm Total height: 60 cm. Age: 1930 Description: This is a Weber Costello Co. "Political Reality" globe from the 1930s. It is marked 16", and measures almost 50" around. It has a great fancy cast iron base and a brass half moon stand that fits into the base. The top half of the stand lifts off. It stands 25" tall. There's a small tag that reads "Barrett School Dist.", which I think was in Minnesota. Condition: The globe is in fair condition. There is some damage to the globe - some scuffing and 2 gouges. The cast iron ring has been broken and repaired. I have tried to show this damage in the pictures.
